Job Description
Responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing outreach/community activities, special events, programs, and presentations which support member education and health plan awareness within the Medicaid population and the community. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community contacts. Maintain marketing guideline compliance with the appropriate state's laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located in Sacramento, CA. Valid driver's license in good standing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and off-shifts as required. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to various audiences.

COVID Requirements

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience with the Medi-Cal population. Ability to work independently and travel alone. Able to setup tables and carry and lift materials to distribute at events. Lightweight.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications.
