EDI Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise staff in the day to day performance of their jobs.

- Coach and develop staff to increase accuracy and efficiency.

- Regularly provide reports to management on staff performance, capacity, and other metrics.

- Conduct performance reviews.

- Handle sensitive and escalated issues.

- Closely monitor large or otherwise sensitive implementations for accuracy and quality of service.

- Position also involves training, project management, and a high degree of troubleshooting and effective communication.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to adhere to deadlines.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to adjust communication style to target audience.

- Experience working with FSA, HSA, COBRA, and Direct Billing products.

- Proficient with common Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of core internal systems such as CBAS, Health Direct, etc.

- SFTP and ETL process experience.

- Prior team lead or supervisory experience.

Education
High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
