Position Summary:
Position Title: Dialysis Operations Director
Location - Remote (CO, WY, MT, NM, AZ, NV, WA, OR, CA only)
Travel: 25% in the North and South West Region

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Portfolio Operations, this role is responsible for developing, driving, and implementing processes to meet clinical, financial and growth metrics with JV partners. Provides leadership in formulating and implementing, at the market level, Kidney Care's goals and objectives regarding the growth of dialysis business. Manages P&L of assigned area and partners with other kidney care peers to deliver innovative solutions

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of the following experience:
Healthcare Operations, with proven experience in strategy and optimization

A minimum of 3 years of the following experience
Dialysis Operations experience
Joint venture integration and partnerships
P&L management experience

Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience in healthcare industry, with some experience in CKD
Experience supporting multiple products and services in parallel, and across multiple geographic locations
Experience growing businesses through operational improvements
Comfortable in a matrixed organization
Ability to lead through ambiguity, shaping clear problem statements and approaches often with incomplete information
Successfully deliver work product without need for multiple iterations
Structured data-driven problem solver, while also understanding and considering broader strategic goals

Education
Bachelors degree required
Masters of Business Administration or Healthcare preferred
