Assistant Operations - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Description
This position works with the dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to accurately and efficiently prepare patient medication orders, package customer orders for shipment, receive and stock supplies and various other duties.

Full Time backend dispensing colleagues (in the following roles - Ops Assistant, Rep Spclty Pickup Rtl Recovery, Materials Coordinator and Dispensing Tech) hired on or after November 1, 2021 through December 27, 2021 at our Memphis, TN; Tampa, FL; Monroeville, PA; and Flower Mound, TX locations are eligible for a $1000 sign on bonus to be paid on March 11, 2022.*

*All eligible colleagues must be actively employed with CVS on the date of the bonus payout to be considered eligible.

1. Package orders for shipment in accordance with CVS Specialty guidelines. Perform job duties in a clean and organized manner.
2. Label and ship orders based on CVS guidelines.
3. Responsible for maintaining the stock in the warehouse area.
4. Responsible for restocking the packing station with shipping supplies.
5. Responsible for sorting orders based on courier and class of service.
6. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum of six months general work experience
-Able to collaborate with others to fill and ship accurate and timely orders.
-Must be able to recognize limitations on decision-making scope and be able to escalate issues falling outside of that scope.
-This position is physically demanding requiring an individual to lift up to 30-50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time

Preferred Qualifications
-Prefer three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
-Prefer three months of work computer experience.

Education
-Minimum of high school education or equivalent required.
