Senior Training Coordinator

Job Description
As a Training Facilitator, you will deliver classroom learning and performance coaching both onsite and virtually, while working to develop expertise across multiple business units. You will be responsible for providing ongoing feedback on new learning programs and evaluating existing learning programs, for continuous improvement opportunities. The training content you will facilitate uses multiple delivery methods such as computer-based, web-based, virtual classrooms, electronic support tools, and simulations. As a Training Facilitator, you will participate in projects and work in onsite and virtual groups to promote/develop/maintain professional relationships with all Specialty and supporting colleagues. You will have the opportunity to facilitate back-end and front-end functions.

The hours of this position consist of 8-hour shifts any time between 6:00 am eastern to 10:00 pm eastern, Monday through Friday. Although rare, the Training Facilitator could potentially travel to various locations 5% of the time.

Additional responsibilities of the Training Facilitator include:
- Facilitate core curriculum learning programs for a specific business unit using a variety of delivery methods to promote learning transfer, primarily in a virtual setting
- Coach learners to achieve desired skill proficiency
- Provide daily and weekly feedback to production supervisors and OE leadership
- Participate in curriculum walkthroughs and train-the-trainer sessions, in order to prepare for the delivery of virtual learning programs
- Facilitate new learning in a manner consistent with the approved course design
- Assist the design and development teams with new learning programs or revisions of current programs by reviewing and providing timely feedback to curriculum developers on learning enhancements
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts; seek opportunities to continuously improve training deliverables and processes in creative ways that result in the improvement of desired outcomes; review facilitator evaluations for continuous self-development and improvement
- Administer course evaluations and assign learner course completions through the LMS
- Build and sustain working relationships with business partners and colleagues through continuous communication and reporting

Required Qualifications
1+ years of training delivery experience in training, persuasion, coaching, and influencing others.

OR

• 1+ year of experience working within Specialty in the Pharmacy team at CVS Health.

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with web conference software: Adobe Connect, WebEx
• Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Extensive experience with web conference software's: Adobe Connect, WebEx
• Strong coaching and feedback skills
• Practicing knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in the classroom and in course development
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills for multi- demand and multi- priority environment
• Understanding of PBM Operations, in general, / or one area specifically

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's or other certificates or licenses: industry-related certifications in Curriculum Design, Training, etc., preferred.
