The Lead, Medical Engagement Analytics candidate will lead development and implementation of novel data analytics solutions to support Pharma Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Data-Driven Engagement Strategy, including impact analysis of medical strategies and/or activities across global, regional, and local.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Lead development and implementation of novel data analytics solutions focused on impact analysis of medical strategies and/or activities across global, regional, and local
•Design and execute data solutions to transform the Medical Organization for the future in collaboration with cross-functional groups including Field Medical, Scientific Events and Communications, Launch Excellence, Real-world Evidence, and others across GMA
•Identify new opportunities for Medical Affairs to leverage data, insights, and analytics to enhance core capabilities across the world
•Provide strategic advice and support to support global, regional, and local teams for region-specific challenges that can be solved using data and analytics (data-science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc.)
•Liaise with external vendors and internal teams such as Technology Transformation (TT), Data-Science and Artificial Intelligence (DSAI), Customer Technology Solutions (CTS) in the execution of projects.
