Parsons is sourcing candidates for a project within the Department of Defense to provide a Contractor Program Manager (CPM). The CPM shall be the single POC with the Reimagining Research (R2) Program Management Office (PMO). The CPM shall be responsible for supporting all prime contractor and subcontractor activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications. The CPM shall maintain regular communication with the Contracting COR and Government PM (GPM), keep the COR and GPM informed of relevant contractor related information, significant risks, issues, and their associated resolution plans and status. The CPM shall ensure the contractor team includes subject matter experts needed to provide correct advice on NGA programs, projects, and activities at both the programmatic and technical levels.

  • Contractor shall produce financial, performance/activity, and staffing reports and reviews.
  • Contractor shall provide ongoing coordination and communications with government program/project managers.
  • Contractor shall provide quarterly (or more frequent) interaction/coordination with Program Execution team leadership.
  • Contractor shall provide quarterly government contract program management reviews with PM and/or COR, and OCS representation, including financial, schedule, and performance updates.
  • Contractor shall provide monthly PM/COR program status reports compiling contract personnel inputs and addressing team member performance.
  • Contractor shall provide monthly financial status report spreadsheet(s) with specific content by project/program and with contract expenditures, rates, and estimated cost at completion (EAC).
  • Contractor shall provide other outputs including reports, briefings, training, presentation support as requested.

  • Provide strong technical and programmatic
  • Oversee the daily operations, staffing, and product delivery in accordance with the SOW
  • 10 years of contract management experience for Federal Contract

  • Experience in management within R&D organization of similar size and scope
  • Bachelor's in technical field of study or having at least 36 hours of technical study.
  • 5+ years of experience and Bachelor's required.
  • Military experience may be substituted for degree.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
