As Financial Analyst you will ensure the operations performed by CRM North Latam are in line with local legal policies and corporate policies ofthe company to ensure a sustainable business. Ensure a proper functioning Division, including the development, monitoring and enforcement ofthe Financial Plan, the billing process and market demand for the Division in Puerto Rico, Mexico and ACCA (Andean, Caribbean and Central America) Region. Perform the necessary reports requested through objective and independent information. Monitoring the implementation oflocal policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation ofbusiness and financial plans in Puerto Rico, Mexico and ACCA Region.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and analysis ofmonthly statements to monitor and control the results ofthe Division in Puerto Rico, Mexico and ACCA Region.
  • Support the process ofapproval ofthe Financial Plan, in its various stages, offering support and information analysis.
  • Analyze the existence ofvariances in the financial plan, including planned and carried out by proposing proactive actions to balance or eliminate them, guaranteeing the expected return.
  • Review and validate all the information for sales, billing, costs, expenses, inventory reconciliation, profitability, financial planning short and medium term, as well as other information requested to control, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Provide sales and profitability analysis by market segment and product.
  • Develop P & L ofthe Division. Prepare all reports and analysis necessary for CRM Puerto Rico, Mexico and ACCA Region in the period ofmonth end.
  • Support the sales team in Puerto Rico, Mexico and ACCA Region, prepare financial analysis ofbusiness opportunities, new projects and any required analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local policies, as well as corporate policies ofthe company.
  • Development ofanalytical tools to support flexible and comprehensive commercial projects focused on ROI and profit margin.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, major in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in english and spanish
  • MS Office proficient
  • Analytical Skills and detailed oriented.
