The Operations Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as collaborate with team in communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understanding business objectives



  • Determine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.
  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Experience assessing cloud-based technology environments, assessing them for risks and impacts to downstream processes.
  • Monitor and report on information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.
  • The group of skills related to Governance and Compliance including creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc.
  • Document and report on resolutions and control guidelines.
  • Partner with the team to review business strategies and make decisions that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.
  • Effective interpersonal skills that support relationship management and influencing, including but not limited to, managing and engaging stakeholders/partners, building relationship networks, negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Working with stakeholders and people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; including experience helping an organization plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and present information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Proven ability to manage individual workload and demonstrate ownership of key deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Proven success navigating ambiguity and changing priorities with a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to quickly retain and transfer knowledge and adopt new practices.
