Senior IT Auditor

We're looking for an IT Audit Senior who would be excited to join a dynamic and highly collaborative team. The IT Audit Senior is responsible for understanding the automated tools, technology risks, and data risks and executing on the audit approach to cover those risks. The individual should be comfortable sharing their ideas, building client relationships, and delivering high quality and impactful results to stakeholders.

The IT Audit Senior has responsibility for the participation in and delivery of audit assignments as follows:

Role Value Proposition:
  • Lead audits of technology and large-scale implementations in the context of financial, operational, compliance, and legal management programs and processes. Audits will cover change management, access management, application controls, data transfers, business impact analysis and disaster recovery, etc.
  • Run audit life cycle, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issues management.
  • Prepare audit deliverables (planning memos, walkthroughs, testing, and issues) that meet departmental and professional standards of quality in a clear and concise manner to support audit conclusions
  • Assist in developing internal audit approach including planning, execution, and reporting to ensure that technology and related business risks are identified, reported, and appropriately managed
  • Define audit test procedures and obtain appropriate evidence to test the controls for effectiveness
  • Identify audit issues and identify root cause, present findings to management and identify opportunities for improvement to reduce the risk
  • Document drafts audit findings/reports for presentation to Audit Leads and management
  • Performs testing on corrective actions to ensure that remediation implemented is effective
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to automate testing for improved efficiency and effectiveness


  • Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills (G10):
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or accounting and 2-3 years of experience in IT Audits
    • Have interest in risk management processes, such as:
      • Regulatory Compliance (Insider Trading, Privacy)
      • Enterprise Risk Management (Financial and Operational Risk)
      • Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering
      • Anti-Corruption
      • Fraud (Internal or External)
      • Data Governance, Privacy, Information Life Cycle
    • Clear written and verbal communications
    • Develop and use data analytics
    • Ability to clearly document narratives and flowcharts
