POSITION PROFILE

The role will own and drive the analysis, presentment, tracking and reporting of financial performance of Digital

Services Center portfolio offerings. This includes development of business cases for new and proposed offerings,

creation and maintenance of internal financial approval deliverables including CERs and Purchase Orders and tracking

of performance against plans and outlooks. Will be responsible for presenting and representing portfolio financial

standing with internal management and executive leadership. Will establish and maintain standard and consistent

reporting formats and templates and will provide expert advice and recommendations based on data and trends. Will

work closely with Portfolio Strategy and Innovation teams to ensure complete and accurate offering representation and

with Engineering and Finance teams to ensure detailed spending validation and analysis

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Establish standard and common detailed reporting templates for portfolio spend, revenue, penetration

and financial return.

· Work with Portfolio teams to confirm current and future roadmap and to establish plans for developing

detailed offering financial plans.

· Create system deliverables to support review and approval of spend to support offerings, including

CERs and Purchase Orders.

· Work with Portfolio teams to document forecasts for existing offerings.

· Capture results against plans and forecasts.

· Analyze portfolio performance and make expert recommendations supported by data and outlooks.

· Present portfolio performance management and executive leadership.

· Interface with Market Activation Teams to ensure that financial elements of proposed offerings are

appropriately and accurately represented.

· Participate as a subject matter expert in contract development and reviews with partners supporting

Digital Service Center offerings.

· Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

· Work to continuously improve the process for portfolio management recommending and implementing

specific and measurable process improvements.

· Recommend process and system improvements for the RNA processing of ordering, delivery, billing

and receivables for Digital Services Center offerings.

· Periodically audit reported results for offerings to ensure data validity and integrity. Periodically audit

RNA customer billing for Digital Services offerings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with financial modeling and reporting for technology based offerings in a complex business

and market environment.
  • Experience working in a dynamic cross-functional and distributed team environment.
  • Budget development, analysis and management.
  • Experience with working with and presenting at executive level.
  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of
  • education and experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Access and similar tools required
  • Billing or auditing experience a plus.
  • Experience managing financials and budgets require

  • Strong financial planning, business case and financial analysis a must.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve successful results.
  • Strong presentation, written, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal form

  • Possesses solid organizational skills.
  • Possesses the ability to handle confidential information, work independently, establish workload priorities
  • and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Possesses the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business data
  • Possesses the ability to create reports, business correspondence and procedures.
  • Possesses ability to interpret an extensive variety of reporting
