Our Role:

PGIM’s businesses offer a range of investment solutions for retail and institutional investors around the world across a broad range of asset classes, which include Public Fixed Income, Private Fixed Income, Fundamental Equity, Quantitative Equity, Real Estate, and alternatives. Our London office is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to support all hiring strategies for offices across the UK and Europe. As the ideal candidate you have experience forming relationships, influencing stakeholders, building strategies, and executing flawlessly. Your experience with recruiting leading practices (experienced, early talent), processes, assessment models, and technologies will help elevate our recruitment strategies. Your Impact:
  • Develop and sustain relationships within the business and leadership to enable and facilitate effective hiring practices across experienced and early talent within the asset management industry
  • Collaborate with other members of the talent organization, HR business partners and key Stakeholders to determine workforce planning, recruiting/ sourcing strategies, selection criteria, and recruiting metrics
  • Own the vendor relationship and governance strategy within PGIM Europe; directly interacting and negotiating dynamic deals with our approved external partners.
  • Translate talent data and insights into business specific recruiting strategies and outcomes
  • Successfully map the market for Investment-grade roles across our European regions,
  • Effectively utilize Workday to automate the recruitment processes and build talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with PGIM Marketing on recruitment strategies, including social media, to attract and retain top talent and further develop brand value.
  • Direct and lead projects and recruiting related activities within the talent organization

Your Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience within a Recruitment or HR-related function, directly supporting staffing within Financial Services.
  • Expertise in supporting an asset management/investment management business, with a strong preference in supporting regional offices across UK and Europe.
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition strategy management, sourcing and strategic workforce planning
  • Track record of innovating and building successful relationships, at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, data driven presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers and leadership
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Utilization of market intelligence and recruitment marketing to connect with top talent
  • Previous experience in analyzing talent data and influencing related outcomes for the business and its leaders
  • BA/BS degree
  • Fluency in English


Your Desired Skills:
  • Direct experience with the Workday product suite
  • Fluency in other European language(s) such as German, French, Italian, a definite plus
