Job Description

Provides technical support to business area management and staffs for personal computer systems software, hardware and network connectivity. Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations and network connectivity issues. May assign and maintain user passwords for specialized software.

- IT and Executive Support Experience

- Experience managing and supporting video conferencing technologies

- Installation, configuration, & support of PC, telephony, mobile, & Voice/Video Hardware/Software

- Ability to schedule & prioritize

- Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree and 9 years of IT experience; Master's Degree and 7 years of IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

-Provide excellent customer service & level of end users support to executive level resources

- Ability to effectively perform issue isolation & resolution in order to minimize downtime

- Process depth & breadth of technologies required to support end users systems.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
