Program and Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program and Project Management Manager in Chicago, IL to oversee a team, focused on providing technical cross-platform solutions to the clients on the ground in NA. S/he will perform the following duties: oversee the work activity and be accountable for it; deploy web projects through the AEM and other platforms; serve as the onshore face of technical subject matter expertise filtered into the clients - and adding value in the end to end execution of the work; develop (author) content directly in the platform (including the creation of new components in the AEM library); execute work inside the Adobe Experience Manager platform; work with creative agencies to review the creative kit handoffs and comment on any adjustments needed to design to conform to the technical constraints and components inside Adobe; author content across the most commonly used CMS systems; participate in onshore critical meetings to provide subject matter & technical expertise and lens of value to critical conversations with clients.


This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field. The position also requires 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer Analyst or in a related IT position including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in authoring content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); 6 years of experience in content management system (CMS) technologies, and authoring content inside those systems; 6 years of experience in the Adobe Experience Manager to optimize workflow and process to drive efficiencies; 6 years of experience in partnering with creative agencies to add value at asset handoff; 6 years of experience working with components within the Content Management System (CMS); 2 years of experience working with pharmaceutical industry; 2 years of experience building new components in the AEM platform to comply with the evolving needs of the creative agencies involved; and 3 years of working with multiple CMS platforms to develop, author and maintain content inside these multiple CMS platforms.
