Security Delivery Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Delivery Associate Manager in Arlington, VA to research, analyze, design, implement, and deploy new technologies in support of the MDR product offerings. S/he will perform the following duties: solve deep technical problems and build creative solutions in a dynamic environment; build for the cloud designing for five 9s, globally distributed all-active deployments, horizontal scalability, fault tolerance, and more; learn, evaluate, and deploy new technologies; work hands on with many AWS components; write code; contribute in many areas of the software development lifecycle; involved in all the aspects from research, design, specs, coding, and bug fixing; write dependable code and getting high quality products and services to market as quick as possible. Provide technical guidance within development team and oversee the technical aspects of all projects within the respective functional area; work across the Software Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications; Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and define solutions to be implemented by the team; Improving the performance and reliability of existing software; and Mentor, Guide, and train other engineers.


This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Principal Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer or in a related IT position including the following professional experience: 3 years of experience building AWS cloud native services using EC2, S3, ECS, SQS, API Gateway, AND Lambda; 2 years of experience with `infrastructure as code` IAC and using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, OR Chef; 2 years of experience with CICD pipelines (i.e. Jenkins) with building or configuring pipelines for build and deployment of software; 5 years of coding knowledge and experience with C# .NET or java and object oriented methodologies; 2 years of leading software design and architecture for large scale platforms Hybrid or Cloud Native platforms; 4 years of experience delivering production software utilizing the SDLC; 3 years of coding experience with SQL; 2 years of experience of writing scripts in Python, PowerShell or Bash.

Telecommuting is permitted for this role. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
