Lead Analyst, Data Operations

In this role, you will be a business product owner representing the Data Operations teams in IT activities across various ambulatory focused products. This position is on the business / operations team, this position is not an IT position, but it does require a high technical skill level and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various audiences. This position requires proven project management skills with the ability to evaluate processes and review opportunities for adjustments and / or improvements working cross functionally with various teams to enhance data operational performance.


  • Data Operations ‘product owner' and lead representative for all development activities.
  • Gathering input and writing business requirements for technical enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Attend all development team meetings and be main contact on the business side for all VizTech questions.
  • Help create and maintain product backlog of enhancements and defects.
  • Collaborate with PSM, VizTech, and other internal business units to implement enhancements and defect fixes including business team demos and member rollout plans.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts including designing testing plans, identifying issues and updating the Development team, pulling in additional testing resources when needed.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and drive change management from a technical standpoint.


  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare data management preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience writing business requirements.
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel (macros), SQL (writing scripts), Tableau (or ability to quickly learn it)
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience required.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes and processes.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and creativity.
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.



Estimated Hiring Range:
$75,100.00 - $111,700.00
