Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on strategic planning and execution for Fannie Mae or business units within the organization. In this role, you will coordinate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution, as well as engage project teams and stakeholders to advance business initiatives.


The EnterpriseStrategy Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Independently lead and coordinate workstream execution activities associated with the development of the Enterprise's resolution plan
  • Manage cross-functional deliverable production involving inputs from diverse sets of stakeholders
  • Independently develop and implement analytical approaches/frameworks necessary to drive analyses needed to draft the resolution plan
  • Draft sections of the resolution plan and supporting documents
  • Produce briefing materials for senior leadership and the regulator
  • Support management of the resolution planning governance model and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
  • Advise team members on how to best support strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise.
  • Advise on strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives.
  • Research and identify resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with your team and internal partners on unit's production, activities, and efforts.
  • Advise on the day-to-day operations, including: financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, talent strategy and management, governance, and negotiations.


Minimum Required Experiences
  • 6 years of related work experience

Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Relationship management skills to include managing and engaging stakeholders andbuilding relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally with different business areas; must be able to communicate concepts and complex ideas.
  • Business management and analytical skills; must have astrong understanding of business drivers and business models to analyze data.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to absorb and synthesize information and apply to a strategic framework.
  • Project management skills to meet strategic planning needs with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
