The Associate Director, Systems of Care is someone who desires to be part of a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative team. In this role, you will build very specific account management skills within a highly regarded, global pharmaceutical company. This position is remote based; candidate must reside within the territory which covers North Carolina.


• Establish credibility and key relationships with assigned accounts, understand customer needs, identify shared priorities and implement solutions/resources to improve patient care. Develop account management strategies for accounts in given geographic territory.
• Follow macro trends (economic-, healthcare- and pharma-specific) at a national and geographic level to see opportunity and risks associated with your portfolio.
• Gather insights across matrix teams within assigned accounts in a manner, including those regarding appropriate medical/commercial interactions.
• Provide recommendations on resourcing of account team members to key internal partners.
• Periodically reassess and modify account strategies based on trends, insights, customer growth/needs. Interpret business analytics to see opportunities/actions for each account.
• Map key account decision-makers, account decision-making processes, identify approach to engage, and determine appropriate contacts for each partner. Conduct pre-launch profiling and assess market readiness in advance of new products/indications.
• Coordinate account-level processes with brand teams and other key functions (e.g., customer marketing, digital teams) to provide "on-the-ground" perspective and keep up with messages and offerings.
• Work with fellow Key Account Managers across geographies to share takeaways, insights, and opportunities.
