Company Overview

Motorola Solutions is there for our customers when everything is on the line. In extreme moments - when a hurricane lands or when a fire breaks out. And in everyday moments - when a package arrives just in time for the holiday or when a child doesn't miss the school bus home.

We unify voice, data, video and analytics in one integrated ecosystem to enable individuals, businesses and communities to work together in more powerful ways. To help people make better decisions, act confidently and be their best in the moments that matter. Bring your passion, potential and talents to Motorola Solutions and connect with a career that matters.

Department Overview

Every day, thousands of times a day, our systems deliver the most critical information in the world. It could be a 911 operator processing a call for help, a police officer calling for backup, a fire chief directing a rescue, or a video stream that helps triage the most critical patients. This sensitive information must be delivered to the right people - quickly, securely, and without disruption. That's why we are here. We are the Cybersecurity team, and our job is to make sure that Motorola technology solutions are secure from the ground up. We build encryption solutions. We audit for secure design. We test and even attack our own systems so we are better prepared for today's world. We also teach: creating secure architecture, writing secure code, and thinking like the adversary. Because our goal isn't just to build security into our products; we build it into our culture.
