This rolewill reportto HR with a dotted line into manufacturing and be responsible for expanding anexternaleducation system for hourly employee upskilling through certificate and credential programswhich was piloted in 2021.

In this position,you will work acrossmultiple sites and todevelop the vendor relationship, tailor programs to the local factory skill needs, drive adoption and track success.This role can be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ or one of our manufacturing sites across the United States.

What you will do:

In this role you willlead thedeployment of the Future of Work upskilling program in all US Manufacturing sites.This includesbut is not limited to:

· Lead the strategy development and rollout of Future of Work skills program for manufacturing team

· Work across factories to determine future skills neededand how to build those through education programs coupled with hands on learning

· Partner with external education provider to develop catalog offering based on future manufacturing skills needed

· Create plan for employee communication to drive understanding andprogramadoption

· Utilizing agile methodology, act as the Initiative Owner, set up and lead steering committee for the pilot, focusing on education quality, employee adoption, success metrics, and KPI setup and tracking

· Act as internal consultant with a hands-on approach for sites looking to launchemployee educationsystem.Able to deploy to the site, take the lead on program launch, and serve as liaison between local site, steering committee, andeducation vendor

· Work directly with site leadership teams, hourlyteam matesand labor unions to tailor certification programs to site needs and skill gaps, building followership and collaboration

· Conduct retrospectives and lessons learned sessions regularly, able to quickly take feedback and adjust program approach to maximize success

· Conduct external benchmarking with other companies to improve program effectiveness

· Develop and present recommendations to steering committee for continued program improvement

· Create future program vision andstep by step plans on how to expand for future impact

What You'll NeedToSucceed

· BA/BS inHR or Supply Chain

· 5+years of experience in a fast-pacedmanufacturing setting

· Experiencein developing and implementingemployee upskilling programs in a factory environment

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively

· Excellent communication skills with audiences of all levels

· Strong project management skills and ability to influence across the network

· Curious and innovative mindset to continually adapt to everchanging business needs

· Ability to travel up to50% of the time

Additional Location Details:

Position may be filled at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ site or at any of Unilever's NA factory locations.
