Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will work collaboratively across the Global Learning & Performance community to ensure that GLS is adding value and meeting key business needs.
  • Ensures Amgen learning strategy and yearly goals are defined by managing and coordinating annual strategy meetings.
  • Ensures ELC meetings and decisions are well-facilitated by managing the meeting agenda, coordinating with external attendees, and ensuring meeting and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Manages steady execution of learning strategy and annual goals by reaching out to goal owners for updates and holding goal owners responsible for timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate All Staff Meetings, GL&P Annual Awards, GL&P Communications and Community Site.
  • Support ELC in its role in executive, regional, and enterprise governance by scheduling and preparing for BSC meetings, and coordinating ELC integration with LCRC, RLCs, Innovation/Tech Team, LEC and LEOC.
  • Enact initiatives to increase brand awareness of GL&P and GLS show our value to the organization
  • Partners with the Sr. Manager Instructional Design to work across GL&P functions to plan, develop and execute the GL&P Conference.
  • Chair or co-chair the Learning Evaluation Council (Learning Evaluation Council, Stacy Mathis current co-chair)

  • Doctorate degree & 2 years of training & development experience

Or
  • Master's degree & 6 years of training & development experience

  • Bachelor's degree & 8 years of training & development experience
