This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Must have the ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm CST Monday- Friday. Overtime and weekends based on Business needs. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and respond to Telehealth support requests via phone calls
  • Assist callers with basic familiarization to LHI's Telehealth exam website
  • Identify potential behavioral health situations and follow protocol to assist callers
  • Utilize electronic ticketing system to submit appointment rescheduling requests
  • Maintain constant awareness of service level and queue status in order to meet contractual requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry and sorting), Word (creating and editing word documents), and Outlook (email and calendar
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday. Overtime and weekends based on Business needs
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the Healthcare Industry
  • Experience providing basic customer technical support
  • National Career Readiness Certificate Database experience
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Prior military experience

Telecommuting Requirements:
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $19.09. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $15.00 to $21.06.
