Job Description
Currently remote position. Will be a telework position once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
Must reside near the Buffalo Grove or the Scottsdale, Arizona office.

As a Senior Formulary Analyst, you will perform a critical role in the management of Commercial, Managed Medicaid, and Health Exchanges formulary. Key functions include CMS approved formulary file management, performing client-specific reporting, formulary analysis tools, directing adjudication changes, and providing formulary related guidance for modified template formularies. You will work closely with the clinical team in the development and maintenance of the template CVS Health formularies. This position will adhere to strict CMS deadlines and quality measures.

As a Senior Formulary Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Building/maintaining formularies and drug lists in formulary management system
- Creation of formulary submission files to the state or federal governing bodies
- Providing expertise in formulary management system and prescription drug data
- Advanced formulary analysis and reporting
- Working with clinical and business professionals in a complex organization

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience with PBM, Pharmacy, or relevant field
- 1+ years of experience with Excel

COVID Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year formulary management experience
- Experience with Health Exchanges or Medicaid formulary management
- Experience with CVS Health business systems, claims adjudication, formulary, drug, and client systems with an emphasis on the RxClaim adjudication platform
- Microsoft Access experience

High school diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
