As Senior Consultant, you will be based under the Health Plan Product Oversight side of the Retail Pharmacy business where you will assist with key analytical insights to drive business decisions across the retail pharmacy business.

You will accomplish this through regular data reporting, building and supporting the maintenance of analytics dashboards, building effective presentations, supporting information technology projects, troubleshooting and tracking defects, working seamlessly across different LOBs, and onboarding of internal and external clients to the unit's products/programs. You will conduct analysis at varying degrees of granularity; developing program, patient, and where applicable, script insights to understanding industry and market trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and project requirements;
• Supporting the development and maintenance of data and analytics tools that has been built using Tableau and Excel;
• Extracting data from various source, conducting analyses ranging from descriptive reports to modeling;
• Constructing and delivering written reports of the analytic findings in a variety of formats (Excel reports, PowerPoint), including visualization of data and findings, formulate recommendations, and effectively presenting the results to non-analytic audiences;
• Presenting results with business partner to reduce complex results into understandable & actionable insights;
• Managing complex projects related to a wide variety of program performance, financial utilization (if applicable), and retail pharmacy business needs;
• Demonstrated competencies such as collaboration, creative problem solving ability;
• Communicating insights through verbal and written communication and data visualization;
• Stay abreast of new topics within the pharmaceutical industry to meet dynamic business requirements and support a variety of product and business owners.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategic problem solving, supply chain, and/or new product development (e.g. consulting) roles or 1+ years of experience post Masters or 1+ years of consulting experience;
- 2+ years analytical experience crafting and executing complex analyses using SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office.

- Tableau or Access preferred.

- Masters preferred.
