Job Description
The person in this role will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manages legal entity cash flow, including working with business areas to establish / maintain appropriate forecasting models.
• Determines appropriate net investable position, on a daily and projected basis, considering multiple cash impact factors, including processing of disbursements.
• Analyzes banking activity balances and associated ledger information to ensure appropriate accounting for activity; works with management to ensure that unreconciled items are appropriately researched and resolved.
• Manages daily cash transfer activity and processes.
• Ensures cash transactions are in compliance with SOX / audit requirements and adherence to standard cash processing guidelines.
• Work with banks as well as internal colleagues to resolve transaction issues.
• Provides support for management reporting initiatives and guidance to offshore / onshore support team.
• Forecast cash flow trends
• Perform comprehensive analyses of cash forecasting to actual variances.
• Direct disbursement processes, ensuring compliance with authorization procedures and controls.
• Analyze business cash flows, making recommendations for improvements related to both processing and technology.

Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in Banking, Treasury or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications
Access Database - Microsoft Access
Experience with Integrity Treasury workstations preferred

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
