Job Description
Support Aetna Medicare's ability to achieve its financial and strategic goals through effective support of financial closing, planning and forecasting processes. Such activities drive the quality and integrity of P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership and/or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting. Direction is to provide financial analysis and recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic and business initiatives.

As a FP&A Consultant, you will
-Maintain/support financial modeling for membership and gross profit forecasts/budget
-Maintain/support monthly close reporting
-Assist with strategic investment initiatives
-Support Subject Matter Expert for the business unit participating in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed
-Provide data and analysis to support the unit's mission
-Assist with analysis of key components of financial results and address questions as needed
-Support financial information requests from business unit management

** This position is fully remote; not limited to CT **

Required Qualifications
-1+ year of FP&A experience OR 2+ years of experience in finance (may include internship)

-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
SAP Analysis for Office, Tableau and Hyperion experience
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
Strong math and analytical skills
Ability to problem-solve independently
Ability to time manage responsibilities/projects independently

Education
Bachelors Degree required; Preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
