Sr Manager, Operations

Job Description
The Coram Operations Senior Manager has ultimate oversight and accountability for all operational functions of a Coram Infusion Services Market - including UT, ID, OR and WA.

This includes responsibilities for maintaining high levels productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction in a complex clinical environment while meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and company standards.
They will set the culture and direction by clearly defining objectives and setting in refining processes to ensure that the site contributes to the short- and long-term goals for Coram.

The Senior Manager, Coram Operations is responsible for Pharmacy Operations; at either one large location or multiple small to medium pharmacies.
They will heavily partner with other departments, including but not limited: to Nursing, Admissions, Sales and Billing. Responsible for containing cost and ensuring efficient operations of the market.
Responsible for monitoring in managing the profit and loss statement for Coram sites. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of five years' experience required of progressive leadership experience, specifically experienced managing supervisors/leaders over teams
• Minimum of one year of Healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software.
