Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Specialist Medical Affairs.

Day to day activities may include but are not limited to the following:

Manage ANHI projects/website assets including:
  • Serve as the primary publication manager for new/updated ANHI content including conference and research events
  • Act as the primary copyright reviewer for all ANHI symposium and R&D-led event speaker decks
  • Serve as the pepperflow originator for MLR review for all new/updated content generated by the SMA/EE team

Assist with key nutrition conference planning and execution (ASPEN, N&G, ESPGHAN, ESPEN, FNCE) including:
  • Assist with KOL speaker contracts/agreements
  • Assist with speaker briefs and presentation development
  • Work with team to post final speaker presentations on ANHI.org
  • Assist with the development of speaker interviews and video clips

Lead finance/budget management for Medical Affairs/External Engagement department
  • Manage 3 annual budgets within Planview system
  • Provide monthly updates on budget forecast to team

Serve as the main contact for the global ANRD publication planning system (Datavision) including:
  • Establish system accounts for internal and external authors
  • Assist with training of global ANRD team members on the system
  • Triage and answer questions related to the system from ANRD colleagues
  • Generate metrics on publications and Datavision usage at regular intervals

Provide KOL project support
  • Enter new KOL contact information and updates into global system
  • Track KOL engagements in system
  • Assist with global KOL metrics

• BS in nutrition or nutrition-related field discipline. Minor in Information Technology is preferred but not required.
  • Nutrition/dietitian work experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
