WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage a team of 7 direct reports- plan, prioritize, and schedule the team's activities so that resources are used effectively and that deliverables and targets are met
  • Lead business owner of SalesForce platform - sales orders, customer invoicing, patient registrations, and sales analytics. A strong focus on continuous improvement of future developments to the Sales Force system
  • Drive commercial process improvements to streamline overall sales force productivity; work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales force effectiveness tools and processes
  • Monitor the status of sales operations activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers (e.g. sales, marketing, finance, supply and logistics) to ensure that sales operations activities are integrated with other parts of the business and appropriate for current and future sales and marketing activities.
  • Oversee the most complex, large or challenging sales orders to maintain positive customer relations.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required :
  • BS/BA from an accredited school required
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service call center experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others required
