Responsibilities:

· Deliver customized analyses, leveraging internal, external, raw and / or published data, as well as structured and unstructured datasets.

· Utilize SQL to audit member data and find data issues and present those to other analysts on teams to correct.

· Review current practices and identify areas where machine learning and AI can be utilized, act as lead on those projects.

· Lead Data Health initiative for the Ambulatory products, maintain and build upon current initiative practices.

· Identify key resource gaps and find solutions for process improvement.

· Find and implement best practices for internal users.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, members, and internal teams.

· Prepare and communicate complex information to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.

· Develop and guide other team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

· Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.

· 7 or more years of relevant work experience required, preferably in the health care industry.

· Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel required.

· Experience with Tableau, Python, R and MS PowerPoint is preferred.

· Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and best applications.

· Experience in management and presenting to groups preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$75,100.00 - $111,700.00
