As Senior Process Engineer, you will serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day technical process support, development, and maintenance of assigned products; to own, optimize, and ensure the performance of critical manufacturing and packaging work centers; and identify and execute process improvement projects and capital management. You will lead multiple projects of varying complexity while providing assistance and supporting junior process engineers in their areas and development. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Develop an efficient and compliant team culture that is learning and continuous improvement focused to meet business needs among Engineers, Scientists, Associates and/or contractors to ensure successful technical project completion in assigned areas. Investigate and resolve production problems. Determine root causes of failures using problem solving and statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products and processes or reduce costs using knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling and production equipment, packaging methods, quality control standards or product design, materials and parts; provide technical risk assessments and justification documents. Provide technical process support and expertise for assigned product families. Troubleshoot new and existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes. Review product designs for manufacturability and completeness. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Apply continuous improvement (CI) methods to enhance the manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost effectiveness of assigned products. Coordinate, conduct and evaluate experiments to improve the process. Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to process performance. Provide assistance and guidance to junior engineers supporting other dosage forms. Design layout of equipment and workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency. Execute and manage multiple capital projects related to new technology and process improvement projects. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanized Systems, or similar. 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
