Job Description


The Information Strategy - Risk Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Assisting the team with assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success
  • Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understanding business objectives.


      Minimum Required Experience
      • 1-2 years experience
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
      • Professional ability to interact with senior leadership and collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise
      • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
      • Comfortable working and contributing within a team environment
      • ¬∑Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing and ever evolving environment
      • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables

      Desired Experiences
      • Bachelor degree or equivalent

      • Provide model risk management training to the modeling and analytics community across the enterprise
      • Assisting with preparing responses to regulatory and internal or external audit queries related to model risk management
      • Assist team with activities, processes and controls related to model risk management and reporting
      • Assist team with determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.
      • Assist by reviewing and providing basic analyses regarding the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.
      • Maintain information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.
      • Document resolutions and control guidelines.
      • Partner with the team to carry out business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.

      • Skilled in Excel
