Job Description

Seniors Housing Account Management - Lead Associate

Key Job Functions:

1) Review / analyze MF Seniors Housing transactions with limited supervision.

2) Support the Director and/or team members in managing lender accounts. Evaluate and anticipate customer needs, respond to customer requests, and maintain customer relationships.

3) Prepare reports and analyses to track customer and deal team performance.

4) Participate in formulating strategies to achieve corporate and customer goals.

5) Support customers in creating, implementing, and marketing Seniors loan products.

6) Provide training to Seniors Housing DUS Lenders

7) Attend Seniors Housing Conferences

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

The MF Customer Engagement - Customer and Partner Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Develop customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, and strive to do what's right for our customers.
  • Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships.
  • Lead the team in supporting and selling the Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.
  • Provide support for operational activities.
  • Guide the team in providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations for teams across the organization.



Minimum Required Experiences
  • 4 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • The group of skills related to Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
    Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
