Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will monitor customer support requests, identify errors in products, and troubleshoot and develop solutions to product errors all while operating under limited supervision.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Technical Integration Analystrole will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Monitor ticketing system requests for critical or systematic errors in products.
  • Identify errors in products and determine their source.
  • Troubleshoot product errors and develop solutions to fix them.
  • Work with other development groups to deploy updates.
  • Install and maintain common technology hardware and software.


Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 2 years related experience
  • Experience working with APIs (RestFul and SOAP APIs)
  • Working knowledge of OAuth Patterns
  • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Good technical writing skills

Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Development skills a plus (PowerApps, Confluence, PowerBI)

Skills
  • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Skills in Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
