Position Specific Description

Position will focus on maintaining business reports, forecasting, and data science efforts for the Strategy and Analytics team within Revenue Management.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining AI based prediction models to improve business performance
  • Conducting data analysis supporting key business unit initiatives
  • Proficient in data science, analytics, and data investigation using SQL or other database programs languages to obtain actionable insights
  • Proficient in Phyton, R, SAS, or other analytics tools
  • Expert in MS Excel
  • Developing cloud-based dashboards
  • Providing data mining support and ad hoc analyses
  • Developing informative and actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting cross-functional projects including data collection, analysis, and implementation
  • Development and maintenance of statistical forecasting using multi-linear regression and neural networks focusing on accounts receivable, bad debt, and business transactions
  • Supporting monthly financial reporting through report development and accuracy/trend review of monthly financial deliverables
  • Supporting special strategic operations related to collection activities.
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring processes and system changes related to the evolving business needs
  • Working with a cross-functional teams of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, develop, and propose strategies or solutions to complex topics

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operation and/or technical support to business operations
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support medium to large special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 1+ years

  • Bachelor's Degree
