Federal - Total Rewards Associate Manager

The Work:

Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 yrs. HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Total Rewards/Compensation space to include
  • Previous Total Rewards experience with AFS or Accenture
  • Experience administering base pay and bonus programs
  • Ability to research complex reward issues, propose/negotiate solutions and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of excel including formulas, pivot tables, etc.


Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting complex compensation modeling
  • Experience in managing the end to end process of compensation program administration and plan design
  • Ability to educate members of the HR team, clients, leadership on total reward initiatives
  • Ability to act as a project lead on a variety of reward initiatives
  • Understanding of market data, survey submission, salary range creation
  • Able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all time
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
