Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Design & Develop
Designs and developscontent,communications,and operational processes by identifyingneeds; ensuring information is translated into accurateand concisecontent; facilitating meetings with projectteams to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implementdeliverables; organizing timelines for deliverables to be completed;providing corrective action plans, reporting results, anddeliverables to supervisors and stakeholders; and evaluatingmaterialsagainst established benchmarks to ensureeffectiveness.​

Delivery

Delivers project readouts and analysis to stakeholders and L&D team by collaborating with business units; collaborating with training teams; building communication channels to maintain consistency through quality control measures; and providing results to key stakeholders.

Enhances End User Experience
Enhances theend userexperience by ensuring theenvironment is conducive to the end users; subject matter experts to developmaterials;gathering feedback and reviewingresults; researching, compiling, and analyzing data to recommendcontentand operational process enhancements;remaining up to date on contentmanagementbest practices; implementingimprovements tocontentand processesto ensureobjectives are met; and overseeing the maintenance and upkeepofof the Knowledge Base, HelpCenter and Guided Flows and processes.

Change / Innovation
Develops and designs new and innovativeknowledge management processesand tools byresearching alternativeknowledge managementprocesses; benchmarking with internal and external knowledge managementorganizations.

Deliverable Effectiveness
Completes postpublishaudits by reviewing andevaluating post implementation support requirements;communicating feedback gathered during post training audits tokey stakeholders; establishing required actions based onfeedback; overseeing the development of remediation plans andtimelines; executing updates and delivery of training materials;validating training content with subject matter experts,divisional management, and field associates; and addressingmultiple levels in the organization based on the identifiedneeds, and relevance to achieve established goals.

Business Support
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutionsby building relationships and partnerships with keystakeholders; identifying business needs; determining andcarrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoringprogress and results; recognizing and capitalizing onimprovement opportunities; and adapting to competingdemands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Enters and locates information on computer.

Presents information to small or large groups and individuals.

Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunications equipment.

Creates documents, reports, etc., using a writing instrument (such as a pencil or pen) or computer. Visually verifies information, often in small print.

Reads information, often in small print.

Travel

Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.

Travels internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in training, quality , knowledge management, contact center, or related area .


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience training in an operational or production based environment or related area.
  • 1 year’s project management experience.
  • 1 year’s experience with instructional design software.
