Recruiting Solutions Director - Employer Branding
WHAT YOU'LL DO The Recruiting Solutions Director (FTC) for Recruiting Marketing is a one year temporary assignment. You will be responsible for formulating and executing integrated recruiting marketing and branding platforms, programs, and initiatives that support BCG’s hiring needs and value proposition Owner of product strategy and roadmap development & execution plan for careers site (technology and platforms, including content strategy, development, and execution activities for BCG’s global careers site in partnership with Talent Acquisition (TA), Marketing, Communications, and Functional/Industry Business leaders) As a champion for the candidate experience, you will work with a wide range of BCG stakeholders to align them to the vision for the careers site and talent community to incorporate their feedback as well as follow best practices to deliver on success metrics. This role will involve considerable governance development, project management, and change management, competitive benchmarking, development of localized landing page strategies as well as integration into transformation of new ATS and CRM. As part of this you will work with the different BCG regions and stakeholders, ensuring the experience of the site is dynamic, up to date, and easy-to-use. YOU'RE GOOD AT This role requires a proven proficiency in product management/strategy work with careers sites. This includes end-to-end life cycles (concept, web platform/architecture, content/navigation strategy, personalization, visual and logical design, localization project management as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate with contributors and stakeholders. Ideally the candidate would be a strong performer within BCG’s recruiting/talent acquisition or marketing functions to have real-world exposure through custom recruitment and sourcing initiatives as well as integration with ATSs and CRMs. Ability to capture and bring to life powerful human insights by leveraging data and user research to track and evaluate performance develop insight-based recommendations for action to deliver effective experiences YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) University degree in business, HR, or another related field 10+ years of international experience in a relevant role(s) as well as diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes to understand industry best practices and nurturing partnerships ~5 year of experience with Project/program management Experience with a wide range of high-quality digital assets in talent acquisition Ability to develop governance structures and mange various stakeholders Vendor management & negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication, ability to deal with & resolve conflicts Excellent analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking to develop effective solutions in recruiting space Experience with teamwork in complex environments Careers site management experience (Phenom People) YOU'LL WORK WITH Our careers site is pushing boundaries in the industry, it's size, scale and the traffic having an on the candidate experience We have a global team dedicated to the careers site including UX, SEO, content & branding & local enablement specialists. We also partner with local teams and CMS users globally Integrated advanced analytics and insights understanding candidate behavior and moving to a new state of the art ATS platform. This role will be crucial role in its set up and how we scale and grow ensuring the candidate experience is front of mind Whilst our careers site is advanced there is plenty of room for growth, optimization, becoming more candidate centric and digitally advanced creating more innovative digital experiences for candidates. This role will need experience in this area as willingness to push boundaries and take a candidate first approach.
