WHAT YOU'LL DO The NAMR Regional People Team Senior Specialist is a critical member of the NAMR MDP People Team (MDPPT). Under general supervision, this individual provides analytics support that feeds into the ODC process for MDPs, the promotion process for Partners moving to MDP, and the MDP lateral hire and transfer processes. The candidate will maintain strong relationships across the organization, including attending recurring meetings with the MDP People Chair and the Regional Chair, who heads BCG’s North America business. The MDPPT Senior Specialist role is a dynamic and impactful position with room for growth, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continuous improvement and building of our processes and performance. YOU'RE GOOD AT Cooperatively working within the MDPPT team and across the organization to provide support to regional leadership and other stakeholders with guidance on key topics Developing tools for analyzing MDP and Partner performance over time to provide data-driven insights    Identifying and implementing both new and recurring analyses for ongoing processes and potential improvements Collaborating with the team to understand the implications of the analyses and recommend/implement improvements Adapting to changing business needs, with the understanding that projects and job responsibilities may change over time Analytical thinking and project management Applying sophisticated analytics (Alteryx, Tableau) to unlock deeper insights and streamline processes that rely on analytical findings Applying strong analytical skills, judgment, attention to detail, and creativity to effectively solve crucial problems Balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups Strong verbal and written communication Navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and prioritizing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelor’s degree required 3 – 4 years’ work experience in analytics, preferably in HR-related roles and in a professional services environment Proven experience in Microsoft Office and analytical tools (Tableau and Alteryx). Experience with SharePoint and/or Egnyte a plus Ability to work independently, and take initiative Experience working successfully within a sophisticated organization preferred Knowledge in project management (across multiple initiatives and priorities) Willing and able to travel domestically a few times a year Prior experience in a professional services environment a plus YOU'LL WORK WITH You may work with various functions and businesses across North America: finance, recruiting, accounting, operations, consulting analysis teams, adjunct businesses, teaming and development, human resources, staffing and IT.
