You are: An experienced manager with strong implementation background to join our Ceridian Dayforce leadership team.
The Work...
As an Operational Delivery Manager/Senior Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
Lead or support the Payroll WFM implementation using Ceridian Dayforce solution
Manage small onshore functional team
Exercise strong communication skills, and be an executive presence of Accenture
Be willing to learn Dayforce as a product and be an advocate of Dayforce solution
Lead the sales pitch to client
Understand the services provided by Accenture REPL and be able to present as part of the leadership
Understand and apply Dayforce implementation methodologies
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Identified strategies, risks, options and opportunities and recommend best approaches
Mitigate risks to meet client project goals
Lead workshops to support sales and business development effort
