You are: An individual with a strong implementation background in workforce management WFM to join our Ceridian Dayforce team.
As a Ceridian Dayforce WFM consultant, your primary responsibilities include:
Analyze the current vs future state in migrating to a SaaS HCM solution
Work with client with the requirement gathering and documentation
Deploy Dayforce WFM module
Provide support for Dayforce Org Setup
Implement full suite pay policy solution using best practice in Dayforce covering all state and local compliance needs
Demonstrate design options using prototyping
Provides inputs for integration between WFM and Payroll
Advise clients on the best practices of Dayforce solution
Perform unit testing of implemented configuration
Assist clients on best practices of end to end testing
Resolve day to day issues related to WFM areas in live systems
