Department OverviewNational Service Support - The North America Service Support "NSS" Team provides back-office support to the day-to-day transactions required by Customers, Service Partners, and Field Teams. This team supports the Services/Software Enterprise contract life cycle, the processing of Installation Agreements, Q2SC support and auditing, Above Contract Work Tickets, and Rental Billing.
Job Description
  • Contract loading for various types of service programs in various systems.

  • Pre-audit of information submitted for loading.

  • Post-audit of loaded information to ensure correctness & completeness of the data.

  • System help desk to support the field teams in the use of the Q2SC (Oracle) contract loading tool.

  • Oracle Install Base data additions and modifications.

  • Liaise with various field and internal departments (Finance, Order Management, Service Product Offer teams)

  • Able to meet weekly and monthly deadlines for data processing.

  • Leading the administration and activation of assigned territories contracts and related submittals

  • Coordinating preparation of assigned documentation through internal approval process

  • Monitoring contract submittals to ensure timely and coordinated responses and compliance with terms and conditions

  • Contract loading, contract corrections and changes, database management, installs, and work tickets.

  • Serve as a liaison for Field Service, Finance, Credit, Order Management, CSMO, and Product Management departments

  • Communicating across all levels of the organization and partners to resolve any contract or billing issues

  • Maintain efficient cycle time of processing contracts through measured results and case management.

  • Must apply presentation and communication skills to an outside audience.

  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides

Basic Requirements
  • Associates degree or 1+ year experience in contracts, customer service, finance, or administrative.
