You Are:
The Complex Delivery Lead Associate Manager – Communications, Media and High Tech (CMT) - is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. Responsibilities include:
- Managing project delivery of technology solutions/applications at CMT clients (custom, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones
- Applying/implementing Agile and Devops
- Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: {$78,500 to $168,600}
Colorado: {$78,500 to $145,700}
New York City: {$90,900 to $168,600}
Washington: {$83,600 to $155,100}
Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
- A minimum of 2 years of Agile experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing offshore resources
- Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including one of the following technologies (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and management skills to face of senior Business and IT stakeholders
Bonus Points If:
- Proficiency in a cloud technology (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- SaFe Certified
- Experience at a Communications, Media, or High Tech company
