The Work:
You’ll often be:
Incubating new business value for our clients in the Metaverse. From Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) to Extended Reality (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality), you will help client transform through technology by sharping, leading, and implementing strategic assessments and technology solutions
Leading significant innovation and thought leadership in software engineering and technology architecture that will be applied across multiple clients globally to create established success in sales and/or delivery
Creating new or evolving existing offerings and assets, while evaluating the value that new capabilities could unlock for organizations and ecosystems
Helping clients move through the education and experimentation phases on to production and value quickly and effectively
Building and delivering solutions at our most technically complex client engagements by advising on the technology approach, architecture, and complex IT program risk elements
Driving the development of Accenture's Metaverse strategy and response to emerging technology components in the market and shifting how businesses apply those innovations

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional software development
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional game development or AR/VR development
Minimum of 5 years' technical experience with the following: C#, Unity 5.0+, Game design, Linear algebra, 3D art pipeline, Optimizations, Current VR hardware, VR UX/UI best practices, Agile methodologies, Code management using Git
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you are/have:
Experience with Unreal Engine 4.0 +, .NET, and/or Unity editor modifications
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Ability to take a development project and start it from scratch
Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience
Experience delivering emerging technologies at scale
Experience leading, advising, and/or mentoring AR/VR developers
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $192,800 and [Register to View]
