    As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

    As a Workday Education & Government Alliances and Functional Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as the Accenture Workday Education & Government Alliances point of contact to develop, foster and spur engagement, market activities, events, marketing messages, social media, etc.
  • Drive relationship development between organizations and in the field within the industry group.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution on a project/s
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
  • Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  • Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Qualifications

  • Here’s what you need:

  • Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • 2+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role
  • Experience managing teams of 1+ persons
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

  • Bonus points if:

  • 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
  • Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas
  • Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
  • Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
