The Work

You’ll often be:

Owning the design of XR applications—from client requirements gathering and ideation to visual and experience design, developer collaboration, and project execution.

Creating detailed design documentation, game flows, system design, digital economies, and UX/UI.

Serving our clients on their innovation journey. Starting with eliminating the market noise, to concepting, to making it real. You will then formulate the approach and deliver measurable business value.

Facilitating communication between the client on knowledge of the product’s design and enabling early identification of issues. Being a conduit of honest and constructive feedback both up and down the chain.

Pioneering the Metaverse by advancing the use of its many building blocks: Multiparty Systems & Blockchain, Extended Reality, Digital Identity, Hardware (AR/VR Goggles & Lenses), Software (Gaming Platforms & Virtual Worlds), etc.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 7 years' of AR/VR development experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' of experience in a lead role

  • Minimum of 5 years' of experience with Unity3D

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirement:

  • Experience with large team content pipelines

Bonus points if you are/have:

  • Experience shipping AAA titles

  • Ability to prototype design within or outside of the game engine

  • Experience with Unreal Engine

  • Desire to work on Metaverse technology

  • Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
