Head of Stress Testing Review & Challenge

The Head of Stress Testing Review and Challenge of CCAR is responsible for running CCAR and other US stress test processes, resulting in the approval of the CCAR submission to the FRB. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that the CCAR process, policy and governance is kept updated with the most recent CCAR regulatory developments.

You will be responsible for:

• Review and challenge of CCAR and other stress testing projections submitted by finance and risk teams and understanding the drivers of results, including scenario trends, model drivers, key assumptions, sensitivities and limitations

• Following development in regulatory policy around CCAR and stress testing and interpreting regulatory guidance, and ownership of the US stress testing policy, stress testing basis of preparation documents and R&C framework documents

• Managing CCAR governance processes and bodies such as CCAR steering committees including preparation of CCAR related documentation submitted to Board and regulators, leading efforts to remediate stress testing related regulatory issues and delivering other stress tests for UK, European regulators and internal stress tests
