The Work
You’ll often be:
Incubating new business value for our clients focusing on the Energy Transition agenda, i.e. supporting the move to a net zero carbon world by 2050
Applying knowledge of Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) through to Extended Reality & the Metaverse (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality) as well as other technologies such as AI, Quantum computing, Robotics and more, to help our clients transform through technology by shaping, leading, and implementing strategic assessments and technology solutions
Supporting the creation of new or evolving existing offerings and assets, while evaluating the value that new capabilities could unlock for organizations and ecosystems
Helping clients move through the education and experimentation phases on to production and value quickly and effectively
Building and delivering solutions at our most technically complex client engagements by advising on the technology approach, architecture, and complex IT program risk elements

Qualifications
Here's what you need
Minimum of 4 years’ experience leveraging emerging technologies to deliver transformations for clients
Minimum of 4 years’ foundational knowledge of processes, tools, or technologies related to the Metaverse (Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) or Extended Reality (AR/VR))
Minimum of 4 years' demonstrated experience understanding, assessing, and analyzing industry or business challenges, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view
Minimum of 4 years' demonstrated experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you are/have
Strong communicator with comfort explaining new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences from business process leads to C-suite and department leads
Exposure to insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry and particularly around sustainability and energy transition
Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience
Understanding of the services sales & delivery lifecycle (from origination to secondary sale)
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $268,900 and [Register to View]
