This person will report to the Rolls-Royce Defence Global Head of Sales & Operations Planning. The main responsibility for this position will be to manage the sales & operations planning process for critical Defence products. This person shall deliver a plan that best meets customer requirements, while balancing the costs of manufacturing, including but not limited to productivity & inventory.
Other responsibilities will include leading team meetings, presenting in meetings, managing the demand in the Rolls-Royce SAP model & supporting the global Planning & Control functions.

Key Accountabilities
- Obtaining domestic facility agreements to a capacity plan supporting the response, recognising but not limited to, the effects of productivity, recruitment, nonconformance, inload/offload, method improvement and New Product Introduction
- Assessing the risks, inventory, capacity and financial implications of the response
- Conducting risk assessments to include the ability to implement the capacity plan, acquire material and compress lead time, as required
- Preparing counter offers to remove excessive risk if necessary
- Managing the Agreed S&OP Plan in the Rolls Royce ERP System
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience, OR
- Masters degree, OR
- JD/PhD
