Automotive/Mobility Consultant

You Are:
An experienced Automotive industry professional, with high energy and have a passion for all things Automotive and Mobility. You are at the forefront of industry trends (Digitalization, Electrification, Autonomous and Connected vehicle, Sustainability and so on) constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. In fact, every day you are looking for opportunities to challenge the status quo and you are not satisfied with step change. You are a relentless storyteller, inspiring teams with your vision and new way of thinking. You have a proven track record of assembling diverse, high-octane teams that harness people's strength and deliver radical insight. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation and you are ready to partner at client sites.
You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses—an aptitude you use to decimate problems. Communication and people skills You have both in spades, and as a manager you’re a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in teams.
The Work:
- Supporting project teams to deliver valuable insights, and design and implement business change across Automotive consulting projects.
- Participating in workshops with key client stakeholders to document process/data flows and associated technology applications
- Maintaining an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across your specialization
- Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
- Supporting the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with an Automotive OEM or Tier one
- Significant industry experience in a consulting role within an Automotive OEM or Tier one
- Bachelor's degree
Bonus points if:
- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- You have experience working for a consulting firm
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and [Register to View]
